All Apartments

One to four-bedroom (2 People per room) apartments are available, and housing costs range from $82-108 per week depending on the size of the apartment and which apartment complex you live.

This cost includes all utilities, such as electricity, cable hookup, waste disposal and local phone service; as well as the various resort-style amenities featured at each complex.

If you are under 21 you will be put in a Wellness apartment that means 0 Alcohol. If you are over 21 and you want to live in a Wellness Apartment you can Requested.

Vista Way
One of the most popular, kind of. The oldest. Is the cheaper one. Is the place for people who just like to party over and over again. That the reputation that Vista have, party, sex and drunkenness.

The Commons

Mostly for International CPs but you can request to live there its wont be a problem. Is the only one to have washer and dryer inside the apartment. I dont know much about this one but if anyone have more info please leave a comment!

Chatham Square!!!!

The bigger one. Was the newest until the opening of Patterson Court in 2008. People staying here party but a lot less than Vista Way. Is a quiet place to live. Cons... Ugly Green Carpet lol

Patterson Court

The newest open in 2008. Nice complex Nice colors in the apartments. Too quiet and is the most expensive just because is the new one.
